On Saturday, April 12, 2025, Keshav Seva Sadhana's training center in Sheler, Canacona, Goa, in collaboration with Tata Strive, organized a two-day training workshop focused on Food Safety and Hygiene. This workshop was part of KSS broader mission to provide skill training and placement opportunities to youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Key Highlights of the Workshop The workshop covered various aspects of food safety and hygiene, including: 1.⁠ ⁠Basic Food Safety Principles: Understanding the causes of foodborne illnesses, proper food storage, and preventing cross-contamination. 2.⁠ ⁠Hygiene Practices: Emphasis on hand washing, cleanliness, and maintaining a clean working environment. 3.⁠ ⁠Safe Food Handling: Safe handling, cooking, and storage of food to prevent spoilage and contamination, with practical examples provided to participants. 4.⁠ ⁠Food Safety Regulations: The workshop also addressed relevant rules and guidelines
